Pash Ventures Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”), a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in New York, New York, operates the website and the Trapeze mobile application (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Email address
- First name and last name

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).

Such service providers will receive only the information that is required to perform their functions, for example your geolocation if you provide it as in your search filters. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. - Investigations and legal disclosures. We may investigate and disclose Personal Data if we have a good faith belief that such investigation or disclosure is necessary to:

- To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public

- Uninstall. If you uninstall the app, you can stop the app from collecting all information.

- Updating your information. If you think the information we hold about you is inaccurate or that we are not entitled to use it and would like to request rectification, deletion, or objection to our processing of this personal data, please contact us as set out at the end of this Policy.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us as set out at the end of this Policy. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
9. Residents of California
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of directly marketing their goods or services to you unless you first agree to such disclosure.
